Warranty Policy

  • The warranty is not applicable for any kind of: Bent, Broken, Burn, Products serial/Part number damage, Dent, Visible scratches, Oxidation, chip/Parts missing, Warranty sticker damage/removing, Layer damage, Processor socket pin damage, any internal/eternal burn issues, any writing on the products or any kinds of evidence that indicates CID (Customer induced damage), Adhesive, Oil, Dirt, Gum etc.
  • All the Customers are solely responsible for his data replated issue [for backup/store]. He has to store any kind of his data before submitting the products to warranty service. Any objections will not be entertained afterwards.
  • Products which are no longer manufactured by the relevant company but still under warranty period can’t claimed for warranty replacement by same one-In such cases if the same product is not repairable, an attempt will be taken to replace the product with an equivalent specification or could be replaced with update model with adjustment costing.
  • If there is no availability of same or equivalent product and the customer does not agree to update then sales return will be applicable, which is based on the duration of product usage and so the amount will be deducted as per GBPL service policy.
  • The warranty will be void for any kind of unauthorized repair/service from outside, if found any sign/symptoms that indicates.
  • Products sold with a Life Time Warranty will be considered as warranty as long as the manufacturing company manufactures the product.
  • The diagnosis/return charge will be applicable for out of warranty product.
  • All kind of sales promotional gift items will not be eligible for warranty replacement or service.
  • The client needs to store your purchase invoice copy/challan & which must be shown while submitting for warranty service.
